The course offers guidance for appraisers to use for improving skills development in analyzing data and applying suggested methods for compliance with 2024-2025 USPAP Standard 1& 2 and the VA appraiser Guidelines. Topics include: market data analysis and market extractions for market adjustments, supporting market adjustments properties eligible for appraisals, post construction inspections, reconsideration of value and more. Upon completion of this course the successful participant will receive a certificate of completion.
