About the Course
This 3 instructional hour course is designed to assist persons desiring DC real estate license renewal in obtaining the required real estate continuing education for (DC Law 4-209). Topics include: DC Real Estate Laws, Rules, & Regulations, Federal Fair Housing Laws, Human Rights Act of 1977, laws offering protections in housing equal opportunities, & finance, and Rehab Act of 1973, Predatory Lending, and more. Upon the completion of this course, the successful Participant will receive a certificate of completion.
