About the Course
Property Management within the District of Columbia is a six instructional hour course which provides the student with an overview, and a review, of various aspects of property management within the District of Columbia. Special emphasis is placed on the District of Columbia’s regulations, Acts, final rulings, etc. regarding licensure, the duties and fiduciary responsibilities of persons or entities involved in leasing, managing, real estate related assets including freehold and non-freehold interests, inclusionary zoning, sustainability & historic preservation issues. The contents of this course are useful, not only property managers, real estate brokers, salespersons, common interest managers, association boards, and community association managers; but, also, for members of the general public. Upon the completion of this course, the successful participant will receive a certificate of completion
